Units with nice bathroom. The location was marvellous for walking around Roma Termini railway. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Rome.

Everything was perfectly fine at this boutique hotel. The staff were best and very hospitable all the time. The location was handy, really close to Roman Forum as well as bus station and train station. Furthermore, close to tourist attractions.

The property was clean, the room was beautifully maintained and air conditioned. The position of the hotel was magnificent, near termini.

The hotel was perfect with spotless rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed to be walk from a train station.

You can have coffee, slices of fresh bread, and cheese with your breakfast if you want to.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator in the room. Coffee, slices of fresh bread, and cheese served in the morning.

Conveniently located near transportation hub, room was clean and modern, provided with amenities like fridge and table, complimentary water and breakfast items in the room, friendly and helpful staff.

Roman Residence was more than I expected. It was clean and very new, and walking distance to to the Coliseum and central train station. The furnishings were very comfortable. The bathroom was completely up to date and even the windows were new. There was a very convenient security box. Also, Massimo was the most gracious and thoughtful host. He made sure we knew where we were going and recommended what we should see during our short stay. Thank you, Massimo!

The room was very clean. Little details were great (water in room, chocolate treats, drinks in fridge. The little breakfast place down the street was run by the nicest people. We enjoyed our brief stay very much.

The location is perfect, especially for those arriving by train. It is very close to the Colosseum and easily accessible by public transportation. The host is incredibly friendly and ensures that the rooms are clean. The value for money is excellent, and there is even an elevator for those returning tired from a day of exploring.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and such nice people. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome and would most definitely stay there on a return trip.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, and the bathroom had excellent facilities. The staff was friendly and provided helpful service. Additionally, the complimentary minibar and fresh fruit available all day were a nice bonus.

It can be a bit difficult to find as there is no neon sign outside.

The staff at Roman Residence were very helpful and friendly. Although only 4 rooms on a floor of a larger building, we enjoyed the peacefulness and comfort in the busy city of Rome. One could walk to most sights in 10-20 minutes and it is very close to the train station. The rooms were large for European large city standards, and meticulously clean. On a hot day, the free drinks were very welcomed. Unlike many places, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
